The 4th and 6th Amendments to the Constitution have taken some terrible hits since the The Patriot Act was enacted in the early part of the new millennium. Now we are no longer protected from the illegal scrutiny of our governing officials, the Military, Law Enforcement and even our own neighbors. Organized stalking and spying by neighbors has become commonplace in the U.S. One can also be falsely accused of heinous crimes without being allowed knowledge of the accusation or accuser. Some are placed on Watch Lists because they are “under investigation.” This is in direct violation of the 6th amendment. If someone you know is being accused of something, then you must ask the person if it is true or not. The person deserves to know if they are being accused of something and who is behind the accusation. If some official tries to silence you, then they are in direct violation of the Constitution. Historically, many Despots used Whisper Campaigns to silence their critics. This is a way to cool dissent and punish the dissenter.
